We are looking for a Camera Systems Engineer to join our team and design/manage our professional multi-camera VR180 rigs. You’ll be a key part of the Be There Engineering team and will have an opportunity to handle everything from lens calibration to real-time signal monitoring for 16K+ capture. You’ll be given an opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of Be There as the platform grows.

What you’ll do
Architect & assemble VR180 camera systems for sport arena deployment.
Calibrate optics (back‑focus, alignment, distortion) using industry‑standard charts and custom software.
Develop and maintain genlock, time‑code and sync workflows across multi‑sensor rigs.
Implement real‑time monitoring & QC dashboards for exposure, colour and stereo disparity at >16 K resolution.
Optimise signal paths (SDI/12G, fibre, IP) to minimise latency from lens to encoder.
Lead on‑site setup & troubleshooting during live games, including baseline tests and emergency swaps.
Document best practices and train freelancers/partners on rig operation.
