We are looking for a Marketing Lead to join our team and lead our go-to-market campaign. You’ll be a key part of the Be There Marketing team and will have an opportunity to lead our OOH campaigns across Europe and the US. You’ll be given an opportunity to drive awareness, installs and brand recognition whilst contributing to the growth and development of Be There as the platform grows.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and execute the global GTM plan: positioning, messaging, channel mix and calendar.

  • Plan and manage integrated campaigns: OOH, digital, social, influencer, PR and ensure creative consistency.

  • Lead agency and partner relationships, briefing creative and media, negotiating budgets and KPIs.

  • Own performance marketing: set acquisition targets, oversee paid channels, optimise CAC and LTV.

  • Launch in‑stadium activations with league partners, coordinating experiential builds and on‑site content capture.

  • Measure, analyse and report campaign impact in GA, Adjust/Firebase and Tableau, turning insights into next‑round improvements.

  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Ops and Partnerships to align launches and messaging.
